Call Center Operations has become one of the fastest growing yet volatile industries around.  We at Childs Enterprises have first hand and current experience in the establishment, operation and sustainment of one of the most interesting and complicated Call Centers in operation today.  Developed for the US Navy, the HR Benefits Call Center in East Machias, Maine handles customer service processing for the entire civilian workforce of the US Navy.   Begun as a pilot project in 2001, the program is now in its ninth year of successful operation. Mr. Childs was the original designer and program manager of the project, and supervised its operation for over eight years.
